Mobility Print - ChromeOS

To install the software

This instructions only have to be done once. Afterwards you can just follow the "To print" instructions

1. On the device you want to install the printers onto make sure your are:
   • Connected to the Roedean WiFi ("Roedean - Student" or "Roedean - Staff")
   • You are not using a VPN
     
2. Open the Chrome Web Store app
3. Search for Mobility Print (Or click this link)
4. Scroll down until you see it under Apps (It has a green background with a white P)
5. Click it and click Add to Chrome
6. Click Add app when the popup appears

To print

1. In the application select the print option - the Roedean printers will automatically appear (You may have to click "More destinations" in the printer list)(They will say (RSPrint) at the end of their name). Select the one you would like to print too
2. On applicable printers you can choose options such as single/double sided, colour/black & white, paper size
3. Click print
4. Enter your Roedean email and password - the same one you would use for a school computer or your emails
5. Depending on the printer you may need to release it by logging into the printer with your printer code or your Roedean username & password

If you've changed your password

1. Open the app launcher
2. Right click the "Mobility Print" app and click "Uninstall"
3. Click "Uninstall" when the popup appears
4. Follow the above steps for "Install the software"
