Making Calls

1. Lift the handset or press the speakerphone button
2. Dial the desired number using the keypad
3. Press the "Send" button to initiate the call

Answering Calls

Lift the handset or press the speakerphone button to answer an incoming call

Ending Calls

Hang up the handset or press the speakerphone button to end a call

Adjusting Call Volume

During a call, use the volume control keys to adjust the call volume

Mute Function

Press the "Mute" button to mute the microphone during a call. Press it again to unmute

Transfer

1. During a call, place the caller on hold
2. Press “New Call”
3. Dial the extension
4. After speaking with the recipient, press the "Transfer" button and select the on-hold caller from the list

Conference Calls

1. During a call, press the "Conf" button to place the current call on hold
2. Dial the second participant's number
3. After speaking with the second participant, press the "Conf" button again to merge the calls into a conference

Call Forwarding

1. Press the "Menu" button.
2. Navigate to "Features" > "Call Forward" > "Always Forward".
3. Enter the forwarding number and enable the feature.

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Press the "DND" button to enable or disable Do Not Disturb mode. Incoming calls will be silenced and sent to voicemail

Voicemail Access

Press the "Message" button to access your voicemail box. Follow the prompts to listen to your voicemails

Change Voicemail Greeting

1. Press the message button on the phone or dial “201”.
2. Enter the voicemail PIN.
3. Press option 8.
4. Press option 0
5. Record the greeting message and press “#” to save.

Contacts Access / Phonebook

1. Select the key labelled “3CX PBook”
2. Press “3CX Phonebook”
