Charging the Handset

1. Insert the rechargeable battery into the handset
2. Place the handset on the charger cradle to charge. The battery icon on the screen will indicate the charging progress

Powering On and Off

Press and hold the red "Power/End Call" button to power on or off the handset

Making Calls

1. Enter the desired number using the keypad
2. Press the green "Call" button to initiate the call

Answering Calls

Press the green "Call" button to answer an incoming call

Ending Calls

Press the red "Power/End Call" button to end a call

Adjusting Call Volume

During a call, use the volume control keys to adjust the call volume

Call Hold and Transfer

• During a call, press the "Hold" button to put the call on hold. Press it again to retrieve the call
• For call transfer, press the "Transfer" button, dial the recipient's number, and press "Send"

Conference Calls

1. During a call, press the "Conf" button to place the current call on hold
2. Dial the second participant's number
3. After speaking with the second participant, press the "Conf" button again to merge the calls into a conference

Voicemail Access

Press the "Message" button to access your voicemail box. Follow the prompts to listen to your voicemails

Contacts Access / Phonebook

1. Press the “OK” button
2. Select the contacts icon
3. Press “3CX Phonebook”
