Outlook Desktop
- Select "View" at the top
- Unselect the button labelled "Show focused inbox"
Outlook Web
- Select the settings cog in the top right
- Click "Email" on the left
- Click "Layout" from the submenu
- Under "Focused Inbox" click "Don't sort my messages"
