Reset Network via Manual Roam

iOS

1. On the main menu go to ‘Settings’

2. Select ‘Mobile Data’

3. Select ‘Network selection’

4. Turn automatic to OFF

5. The handset will then search for available networks

6. All available networks will then be displayed

7. Select any network but the one you are currently registered to

8. Wait for the handset to display no service at the top of the screen (this may take

a minute or two).This means you have been detached from your original network

9. If you then select your original network from the list the phone will reconnect

and the manual roam is complete


Android

1. From the front screen, tap Apps

2. Choose Settings

3. Choose Mobile Networks (if your device is running Android Lollipop, you will

need to choose More Networks, then Mobile Networks)

4. Choose Network Operators

5. Select any network but the one you are currently registered to

6. The handset will then display no service in small writing at the top of the screen

7. This means you have been detached from your original network

8. If you then select your original network from the list the phone will reconnect,

and the manual roam is complete
