Why did I get an Encrypted Email?

An encrypted email is an email sent to you by someone at Roedean. This may be because the information in the email is confidential or of a sensitive nature and your identity needs to be confirmed before you can access it.

You can identify the sender of the email by the part of text with @roedean.co.uk in the email. This identifies the senders name and email address. The subject line can also be seen without viewing the encrypted email and can help identify the emails meaning.

Further information can be seen by opening the encrypted email using the button in the email.
