- Create a normal folder and put all the files and folders you wish to zip up inside of the folder
- Right click the folder, hover over "send to" so a sub menu appears and click "Compressed (zipped) folder"
- The zip file will then be created in the same location as the original folder with the same name as the original folder (but with the type of "Compressed (zipped) folder"
This zip file can then be shared as required
